Surface damage and a ceiling that has become loose or uneven need different approaches. We check the plaster, fixings and signs of moisture before recommending the scope. Ongoing water entry needs to be resolved before new finishes go in.
Ceiling replacement cost depends on room size, access, removal and the amount of decorative work. Keeping a simple finish, matching an existing pattern and installing a new panel or rose involve different levels of work. If several rooms need repairs, we can coordinate the ceiling work with a wider home restoration.
